RAPHAEL S. MOORE
Attorney at Law, J.D., LL.M.

Mr. Moore has been a member of this community for more than 30 years, and is an alumnus of UC Davis and McGeorge School of Law. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree, he obtained a post-graduate LL.M. degree in Transnational Business Practice. Mr. Moore has studied law both locally and overseas. In addition to being admitted to state and federal courts, and to the United States Court of Federal Claims, he is listed in the International Who's Who of Professionals, has been profiled in newspapers and magazines, and has had numerous federal court opinions published.

Mr. Moore has served the interests of individuals, large and small businesses, and American and foreign companies. He has worked for small and large law firms both here and abroad, and for the U.S. Government.
